For the most demanding aquarium lover PRODAC have perfected, in their laboratories, this filtering mixture consisting of physically activated coconut carbon plus special nitrate absorbing resins. ACTIVKOHLE PLUS is packed in double plastic bags and individually sealed in order to preserve the product well; it is well known that resins must be kept humid and that once they dry out they have no absorbent power whatever. ACTIVKOHLE PLUS is on sale in packs of 400 g. and one pack is enough to last 3 months in a medium sized aquarium of about 100/150 litres of fresh water or salt water.Using ACTIVKOHLE PLUS you will always have brilliantly clear water, as it is highly absorbent especially for all those compounds that dissolve in aquariums (plants, un-eaten food, organic residues, etc.).
Caution: When using curative products, bioconditioners and others, you should remove this material, otherwise it will be absorbed by ACTIVKOHLE.
