The remaining filter material seldom needs cleaning, providing the pre-filter material is replaced regularly.

• Complete with high-capacity JBL MicroMec bio filter balls
  The round shape and varying diameter of the balls produces a self-cleaning effect, with the result that this filter material only needs cleaning at long intervals. When used in conjunction with the easily cleaned pre-filter, the main filter material can be used for up to a year.

• Simple to start, safe to use
  The built-in fast start option makes starting the filter child’s play, without the need to start the siphon manually.
