Granulate for elimination of silicic acid in fresh and saltwater
Silicon compounds are vital components of life, though only required in small quantities, in fresh and saltwater come along compounds called silicic acid. Thus, high levels of silicic acid are in a tank must be considered a substantial disturbing factor. Application
Fill silicarbon into a filter sock. silicarbon must not be used in a bypass, but can be directly placed in the filter right after mechanical and biological filtration. It’s important to force water flow through the granulate to make silicarbon fully operative by direct water contact.
Important!
Do not expose clothes to silicarbon to prevent tenacious stains.
It is important to exchange the granulate after about 3 weeks due to inactivity by biological processes.
Do not use together with pharmaceuticals because silicarbon removes them.
Keep container closed and out of reach of children.
